Bay Area Cleaning Solutions was founded as a combined effort of over 50+ years of cleaning research and experience. Kathy Maxwell and Ben Maxwell are the founders.

Kathy Maxwell has been involved in nursing as a registered nurse/nurse manager since 1983.

Ben Maxwell entered into the cleaning industry in 1963. Since 1979, Ben has been involved in the healthcare environmental/facilities maintenance field. This valuable experience has allowed Ben to gather more knowledge and expertise in research, development and the implementation of:

• Conducting evaluations of hospital grade cleaning techniques.
• Conducting equipment analysis.
• Developing and implementing employee training programs.
• Developing efficiency standards.
• Developing quality control and infectioun control standards.
• Assisting in the development of a medical waste program.
• Hospital hazardous material response team training member.

We have taken our years of combined education and training to develop and redefine a company we feel can offer safe cleaning practices, cleaning supplies and equipment, as well as the latest techniques available for your facility.
